Meet the Team
The people you'll work with, start to finish.
Who We Are
The Names Behind the Name
A family business since the beginning. When you build with Oasis, you work directly with us — the people whose name is on the company, from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
David Ishak
Managing Director
David brings years of hands-on experience remodeling homes throughout the Dallas / Fort Worth area, as well as years working in real estate. He uses market research and that experience to shape each home's layout and size around how people actually live. He's passionate about high-performance construction at attainable price points, building homes that are efficient, durable, and comfortable without the luxury markup.
Ashraf Ishak
Founder & Owner
Ashraf brings more than 20 years of experience building custom homes across the Dallas / Fort Worth area. He's passionate about technology and smart home features, and he looks for ways to make every Oasis home more comfortable, efficient, and connected.
